One of the most common questions we get is "how much is this going to cost?" — and it's a fair one, because a lot of junk removal companies make that surprisingly hard to answer up front. Ours isn't complicated: we price by how much of our 14' x 7' x 4' trailer your items fill.
That means a $100 minimum pickup covers a small load, and pricing scales up in eighths of a trailer from there, topping out at $600 for a completely full load. Up to 1 hour of labor is included at every price point, so you're not watching a clock while our crew works — additional labor beyond that first hour is billed at $125/hour, but that only comes up on the bigger jobs.
A handful of items carry their own flat disposal fee on top of the trailer-space price — things like tires, TVs, paint, and Freon-containing appliances, since those require special handling. We list those out clearly on our pricing page so there's no guessing.
The upside of pricing it this way is simple: you know roughly what a job costs before we even show up, based on how much space your stuff takes up — not on how efficiently our crew happens to move that day. And if anything changes once we're on site, we always talk it through with you before doing any additional work, so the final number never comes as a surprise.
