Priced by trailer space, not by the hour
A $100 minimum pickup covers a small load, and pricing scales up in eighths of a trailer from there, topping out at $600 for a completely full load. We're pricing the room your items take up, not their weight, so a trailer's worth of light boxes costs the same as a trailer's worth of heavier furniture. What's included in every price
Up to 1 hour of labor is included at every price point, so you're not watching a clock while our crew works. Additional labor beyond that first hour is billed at $125/hour, but that only comes up on the bigger jobs. If anything changes once we're on site, we always talk it through with you before doing any additional work, so the final number never comes as a surprise.
Items with their own disposal fee
A handful of items carry their own flat disposal fee on top of the trailer-space price — things like tires, TVs, paint, and Freon-containing appliances, since those require special handling. Those fees are published, not hidden, and we confirm them with you before we start loading.
