What we haul away
- Sofas, sectionals & recliners
- Mattresses & box springs
- Dressers, tables & bed frames
- Office desks & chairs
- Bulky or oversized single pieces
Priced by trailer space
Every job is priced by how much of our 14' x 7' x 4' trailer your items fill — from a $100 minimum pickup (where a single couch or mattress usually lands) up to a $600 full load, with up to 1 hour of labor included. Extra time beyond that hour is billed hourly at $125/hour, but we'll always tell you before it happens — no surprise fees.
What affects the price: how many pieces you have, whether anything needs to be disassembled to get it out, and how far our crew has to carry it — stairs and long hallways add time. A single bulky item like a sectional can hit the minimum on its own.

How furniture removal works
Text a photo of what needs to go for the most accurate quote before we even arrive.
We carry everything out from wherever it sits — no need to drag it to the curb yourself.
Tight stairwells or narrow doorways? We disassemble bed frames, sectionals, and other bulky pieces on site when needed.
Our crew calls ahead so you're not left waiting around for a vague arrival window.
What happens to your furniture after pickup
Sofas, dressers, and other pieces still in good shape get set aside for local donation centers and nonprofits instead of the landfill. Wood and metal frames that aren't donatable get broken down so the recyclable materials can be pulled out. Mattresses and box springs are recycled wherever a facility accepts the materials — anything left over is disposed of last, not first.
What we can't take
- Furniture with active bed bugs, pest damage, or mold — for the safety of our crew and anyone who'd receive it as a donation
- Waterlogged or structurally unsound pieces that aren't safe to carry

Common questions
Furniture removal FAQ
Do you take furniture apart to get it out the door?
Yes — bed frames, sectionals, and other bulky pieces get disassembled on site if a doorway or stairwell is too tight otherwise.
Is there a minimum job size, or will you take a single couch?
We'll take a single piece — it's priced at or near our $100 minimum pickup, the same as any small load. See the full pricing breakdown for exact tiers.
Can you get furniture out of an upstairs bedroom or a walk-up apartment?
Yes — stairs and upper floors are factored into the quote, but they don't stop us from taking the job.
Do you take mattresses and box springs?
Yes, both are on our regular list and get recycled wherever a facility accepts the materials.
What if the furniture has bed bugs or other pest damage?
We can't take it — it's a safety issue for our crew and for anyone who would receive it through donation.
Do you donate furniture that's still in good condition?
Yes — anything usable goes to local donation centers and nonprofits before anything is thrown away.
Do you handle a whole house of furniture, not just single pieces?
For a full-room or whole-house job, our home cleanouts service covers everything at once, furniture included.
Do you take office furniture like desks and chairs?
Yes — individual desks, chairs, and other office furniture are treated the same as home furniture. For a full office cleanout with cubicles, filing cabinets, and electronics included, our office junk removal service covers everything at once.
