What we haul away

  • Furniture, mattresses & box springs
  • Boxes, clothing & general household clutter
  • Garage, basement & attic cleanouts
  • Closet and storage-room clearouts
  • Donation drop-off for anything still usable

Priced by trailer space

Every job is priced by how much of our 14' x 7' x 4' trailer your items fill — from a $100 minimum pickup up to a $600 full load, with up to 1 hour of labor included. Extra time beyond that hour is billed hourly at $125/hour, but we'll always tell you before it happens — no surprise fees.

What affects the price: how much of the home is being cleared, how many stairs or floors our crew has to cover, and whether items are already gathered in one spot or spread across multiple rooms.

The process

How a home cleanout works

1

Tell us the scope — one room, a garage, or the whole house — and we'll give you a ballpark before we arrive.

2

Our crew does a quick walkthrough to confirm what's staying and what's going, whether you're on site or not.

3

We sort as we load — nothing needs to be pre-boxed or staged on your end.

4

We walk the space with you at the end to confirm it's cleared the way you wanted.

What happens to your stuff after pickup

Furniture, housewares, and clothing still in usable shape get pulled aside for local donation centers and nonprofits. Metal, cardboard, and other recyclables get separated out along the way. Anything left — genuinely worn out or unusable — goes to the landfill last, only after donation and recycling are both exhausted.

What we can't take

  • Hazardous materials in bulk — paint and similar items are fine in normal household amounts (see pricing for per-can fees), but not drums or commercial quantities
  • Asbestos, biohazards, or anything requiring specialized hazmat handling
  • Firearms and ammunition

Common questions

Home cleanouts FAQ

Do I need to sort or box things before you arrive?

No — we sort as we load. Nothing needs to be pre-boxed or staged on your end.

Can you clean out a home with years of heavy clutter or hoarding-level buildup?

Yes, we regularly handle heavily cluttered homes — it may just take a larger crew or more than one trip depending on scope.

Do you clean out garages and sheds, or just interior rooms?

Both — garages, sheds, and outdoor structures are part of a standard home cleanout.

What if I only need one room cleared, not the whole house?

That's fine — we price by trailer space, so a single room costs the same as any equivalent-sized job. If it's really just a single item rather than a whole room, our furniture removal service might be a better fit.

Can you work with a property manager or landlord instead of the homeowner?

Yes, we regularly coordinate cleanouts for rental turnovers directly with property managers. If you need help for rental properties on a regular basis, that's exactly what our property management page covers.

Do you clear out basements and multiple floors in one visit?

Yes, a full home cleanout typically covers every level of the house in a single visit.

What happens if you find something valuable while clearing a room?

We set it aside and point it out — anything that looks personal, valuable, or easy to miss gets flagged before it's loaded.

Can you do the cleanout while I'm not home?

Yes, as long as we've confirmed the scope ahead of time — many customers coordinate access and aren't on site for the whole job.
