Not sure a dumpster is the right call?
If your project generates debris steadily over several days and you'd rather load it yourself on your own schedule, a dumpster is usually the better fit. If you've got a one-time mess that just needs to disappear without you doing the lifting, our full-service junk removal — priced from $100 to $600 by trailer space — might be faster and easier.

A blocked pickup or dry run may result in a $100+ charge.
Concrete, dirt, rock, brick, sod, and shingles need approval before loading.
A $150 minimum service fee may apply, plus any resulting disposal or labor costs.
Never allowed
- Hazardous chemicals, fuels & solvents
- Explosives
- Asbestos or suspected asbestos
- Medical or biohazard waste
- Pressurized cylinders & liquids
Needs approval or an added fee
Mattresses, tires, TVs/electronics, batteries, paint, refrigerant appliances (fridges, freezers, AC units), concrete, dirt, rock, brick, sod, and shingles may require prior approval and can carry additional charges — disposal-facility rules control and can change, so it's always worth a quick call before loading these in.
Permits & HOA rules in the Denver metro
Placement entirely within your own driveway typically avoids the need for a permit. If the dumpster needs to sit on a public street or right-of-way, most cities in the metro require one — a quick call to your city is worth it before delivery day. Many HOAs also restrict how long a dumpster can be visible on a property or require advance approval, so it's worth checking your community's rules too.

Common questions
Dumpster rental FAQ
What's included in the $349 base price?
The $349 flat rate includes delivery, pickup, up to 5 calendar days on site, and up to 2 tons (4,000 lbs) of accepted material — no hidden delivery or pickup fees added later.
What happens if I go over the 2-ton weight limit?
Extra weight is billed at $90 per additional ton, prorated once we have an actual scale weight — we'll always let you know before it becomes a charge.
Can I keep the dumpster longer than 5 days?
Yes — extra days are $15 each. Just let us know if your project is running long so we can hold off on pickup.
What can't go in the dumpster?
Hazardous chemicals, fuels, solvents, explosives, asbestos, medical or biohazard waste, pressurized cylinders, and liquids are never allowed. Items like mattresses, tires, TVs, batteries, paint, refrigerant appliances, concrete, dirt, rock, brick, sod, and shingles may need prior approval or carry an added disposal fee.
Do I need a permit to have a dumpster on my property?
Usually not if it's placed entirely on your own driveway. If it needs to sit on a public street or right-of-way, most cities in the Denver metro require a permit, and some HOAs restrict how long a dumpster can be visible on a property — worth a quick call to your city or HOA before delivery.
What if the dumpster is blocked when it's time for pickup?
A blocked pickup or dry run — when we can't safely retrieve the dumpster because access is blocked, the load is unsafe, or it contains prohibited material — carries a $100+ charge.
Can I move the dumpster myself once it's delivered?
No — please don't move, tow, reposition, or jack up the dumpster. If you need it relocated on your property, call us and we'll handle it for a $100 relocation fee.
How full can I load the dumpster?
Keep material at or below the top rail with nothing sticking out the sides, rear, or top, and distribute the weight evenly. Overfilled or unsafe loads may delay pickup, and a $150 minimum rule-violation service fee can apply if extra handling is required.
