Priced by trailer space
Every job is priced by how much of our 14' x 7' x 4' trailer your items fill — from a $100 minimum pickup up to a $600 full load, with up to 1 hour of labor included. Extra time beyond that hour is billed hourly at $125/hour, but we'll always tell you before it happens — no surprise fees.
What affects the price: how much furniture and equipment you have, whether we're working after hours or on a weekend, and whether the building has a loading dock or freight elevator our crew can use.

We schedule around your business hours — early morning, after close, or weekends, whatever's least disruptive.
Our crew coordinates with your office manager or facilities contact for building access ahead of time.
We work efficiently through cubicles, desks, and storage without interrupting anyone still on site.
We walk the space with your contact at the end to confirm everything's cleared.
What happens to your office items after pickup
Desks, chairs, and other furniture still in good shape get set aside for local donation centers and nonprofits — schools and community organizations often take usable office furniture. Metal filing cabinets and similar scrap get recycled, and paper or cardboard is separated out. Electronics go through the same responsible e-waste process as our electronics recycling service.
What we can't take
- Confidential documents that haven't been shredded — we recommend shredding before pickup, not after
- Hazardous chemicals or lab materials requiring specialized handling
