When you call or text, whoever's dispatching that day pulls up the route, checks what's already booked, and tells you honestly whether we can fit you in or whether tomorrow morning is the realistic option. We'd rather give you a straight answer than a maybe.
A few things actually determine whether same-day works out:
- What time you reach out — morning calls have the most flexibility, since the day's route isn't full yet
- Where you're located — jobs closer to the center of the metro are easier to slot into an existing route than jobs at the far edges
- How big the job is — a few items are easy to add on; a full house takes more time and may need its own slot
- What's already on the schedule that day — some days book up faster than others, and that's out of anyone's control

Same transparent pricing — no rush fee
Same-day service isn't priced any differently than a job booked a week out. You pay based on how much of our 14' x 7' x 4' trailer your items fill, with up to 1 hour of labor included.
Up to 1 hour of labor is included with every job; additional labor beyond that is billed at $125/hour. Heavy debris, extended labor, difficult access, or special-item disposal can affect the price — we'll always confirm the numbers with you before we start. Is same-day junk removal more expensive?
No. There's no separate rush fee for same-day service — you're priced the same way as any other job, by how much of our trailer your items fill, from a $100 minimum up to $600 for a full load.
What time do I need to call to get same-day service?
There's no hard cutoff, but earlier is better — morning calls have the most flexibility because the day's route isn't full yet. Call or text as soon as you know you need it and we'll tell you straight whether it's doable.
Do you offer same-day service on weekends?
Often, yes — availability depends on that day's schedule same as any weekday. Call or text and we'll tell you what's open.
What if same-day isn't available — how soon is next-day?
If today's route is already full, next-day is usually the fallback and we'll get you one of the first slots we can. Either way, you'll know before you hang up, not hours later.
Does same-day work for large jobs like whole-house cleanouts?
Sometimes, but bigger jobs — full estate cleanouts, hoarding situations, anything needing more than an hour or two of labor — are more likely to need next-day scheduling so we can bring the right amount of time and crew.
