Dumpster or crew pickup?
When a dumpster isn't the best fit
A dumpster makes sense for a job that generates steady debris over weeks. It's not always the right call for a shorter remodel, a downtown site with no room to place one, an HOA that restricts dumpster placement, or a crew that would rather not spend time loading it themselves.
In those cases, a crew pickup is usually faster — we show up, load it, and it's gone. We offer both, so tell us the timeline and site conditions and we'll point you to whichever fits.

Leftover material, packaging, and job-site junk removed before an owner walkthrough, a listing goes live, a tenant moves in, or an inspection. We handle the debris and junk hauling side of that — not professional janitorial or construction cleaning — so the space is clear of material, ready for whatever comes next.

Heavy materials
Concrete, tile, brick, dirt, plaster, roofing material, and other dense debris are priced by volume, not by the same trailer-space pricing as lighter loads — disposal costs more for heavy material, so the price reflects that.
Send photos and a rough quantity before we schedule, and we'll give you an accurate number instead of a guess.
What we can't take
Hazardous chemicals, fuels and solvents, asbestos or suspected asbestos, medical or biohazard waste, pressurized cylinders, and unknown liquids are never accepted. If a job involves any of these, let us know ahead of time so we can point you to the right resource.
Pricing
Priced by trailer space, not a flat contractor rate
The same transparent pricing as every job we do — based on how much of our 14' x 7' x 4' trailer your debris fills, with up to 1 hour of labor included.
Up to 1 hour of labor is included with every job; additional labor beyond that is billed at $125/hour. Heavy debris, extended labor, difficult access, or special-item disposal can affect the price — we'll always confirm the numbers with you before we start. Yes — general contractors, kitchen and bath remodelers, flooring contractors, restoration companies, handymen, property rehabbers, and small construction companies call us regularly to keep debris from piling up on a job. We work directly with whoever's running the project, whether that's the GC, the site lead, or the property owner.
Can you pick up debris during an active remodel, or only at the end?
Both. A lot of contractors have us out mid-project — after demo, partway through a gut, or whenever the pile gets in the way — and others just want one pickup at the end. Either way works, and you don't have to commit to one or the other up front.
Do contractors have to load the debris themselves?
No. Our crew does the loading — that's the point of calling us instead of loading a dumpster or trailer yourself. We handle the lifting and do a basic sweep-up of the area once everything's loaded.
Can you provide recurring pickups throughout a project?
Yes. There's no contract or minimum commitment — just call, text, or book online whenever debris needs to go, whether that's once a week during a big remodel or a single call when the job wraps.
Do you remove kitchen remodel debris?

Can you remove flooring, carpet, drywall, and lumber?
Yes — carpet, pad, laminate, vinyl, wood flooring, trim, tack strip, doors, shelving, drywall, and lumber are all normal parts of the job. Let us know about tack strip or anything with exposed nails or sharp edges so our crew can handle it safely.
Can you remove heavy construction material like concrete or tile?
In manageable quantities, yes — dense material like concrete, tile, brick, and dirt is priced by volume because disposal costs more for heavy debris. Send photos and a rough quantity and we'll give you an accurate number before we show up.
Is junk removal better than a dumpster for a small remodel?
Often, yes — especially with limited parking, an HOA restricting dumpster placement, or a project small enough that a full dumpster doesn't make sense. If the job's going to run for weeks and generate steady debris, a dumpster might be the better fit.
